Laura Russo started her career in travel when she graduated from high school and began a summer job at the steamship company Italian Line. When it turned into a full time position it began her love of cruises. During the 5 years that Laura worked at the Italian Line she has some very good memories. The first was meeting Joe, her husband of 43 years. The second was being introduced to Dustin Hoffman and his family who were passengers on one of the ships that was sailing to Europe. He was just one of the many famous passengers that included actors and politicians. The Duke and Duchess of Windsor were also frequent guests on the ships.
Laura’s specialty is selling cruises which is understandable since she has been on over 60. She has sailed on many of the popular cruise lines to the Caribbean, Mexico and Europe.
